  Went to their Newberg, OR store about a month ago - was told repair would take 1.5 hrs - got there on time - an hour later man in charge said they did not have the screws to hold t he new part in - apparently he failed to order them when he ordered the new part - told had to wait 5 hours for the next UPS delivery to the shop - are you kidding me??? What an incompetent place! No choice. Car up on the rack. Filthy waiting room - walked around literally for hours until the damn 3 screws arrived. Filed a complaint with Meineke and they did not even respond. Would NEVER go there again!!! Completely incompetent, unprofessional, uncaring jerks.

  I have been traveling from Florida, and when I needed help with problems with my motor home, Meineke in McMinnville stepped up to the plate. Service was professional, fair and friendly. I have new friends and a motor home that is fixed right. I give this place a 10 of 10, and you can't go wrong. Pat and Steve treated me like family.
