  I don't even live in these but have a family member who does. Landlord is a stalker and on a power trip. Neighbors are rude and if the landlord ( Dave Hamlin) doesn't like you he will lie and watch your apartment as well as your guests just to see if your breaking rules then try to evict when no rule is being broken. Landlord and maintenance are rude and watch the kids all the time. Seriously hate visiting family because the perverts stare at my 9 year old daughters butt and the company he works for does nothing and backs him up when I swear he is a pedophile. I would never recommend these for anyone needing a place or even visiting in the end you will be stalked harassed and your kids will be looked at in ways they shouldn't be and no one will do anything about it. He has broken so many landlord tenant laws and gets away with it yet tenants are pretty much had to walk on eggshells with a control freak weirdo of a landlord. Keeps yourself and your kids safe and save money. Your better off living in a neighborhood with drug addicts then in these apartments!
