  I purchased model 1941ctj 2 years ago and it is a quality home very happy with the product, however customer service is almost non existent. no one other than your dealer seems to want to talk to you. my dealer had to schedule a factory tour prior to ordering our home. my rating would be a 5 star for the actual home 2 star for customer service.
