  This is the worst carrier in the business. They are rude, unprofessional and slow. They just tried to take an illegal action on my auto policy and that was the last straw; I have turned them into the Washington State Insurance Commissioner. Now they're backtracking. They brag that they are the oldest insurance company west of the Mississippi..... Yeah, how's that workin' out? I don't know how they stay in business. AVOID!!
