  I had broken a crown on a back molar, leaving jagged edges. I couldn't see my regular dentist for 4 days - weekend, closed Friday, etc. I was quite clear what I needed when I called Aspen Dental - a crown repaired that day - so was happy to drive 1 hr. to the appointment. The staff were courteous and professional, but after x-rays I didn't need and an exam, I was offered an appointment to take impressions, and another appointment to install the crown! Not quite what I was expecting. The dentist did file down the edges so the break was less uncomfortable, and I'll see my regular dentist.
